Praxis was founded on a simple principle: SMEs often know their marketing could be working harder, but aren't sure where to start. Most agencies can help once you already have clarity on what to do — it's that earlier phase, the assessing and planning, that's usually missing. That's where we come in.
We work with leadership teams in the 50–150 employee range to get the foundations right — positioning, messaging, strengths and structure — then put the plans and processes in place to build on them. We're not a design studio; we're the layer underneath execution, and we partner with (or align) the specialists who produce the work.
Based in South Africa, most recently supporting a business in Dubai. We work remotely across UK, SA, EU and UAE time zones.

Twenty years in B2B marketing.
Two decades in the B2B marketing industry, with extensive experience across SaaS, ERP, business management software, distribution and technology sectors. We've worked remotely for UAE and UK-based businesses, and in-house for South African and US companies.
We've managed an in-house agency, collaborated with distributed teams on complex global rebrand projects, and overseen marketing and brand functionality across regions — so the operating models, time zones, and cross-border coordination challenges aren't new territory.
Where we're strongest: reviewing what's working and what isn't, then implementing the plans and processes to optimise and streamline your marketing function. We're good at turning chaos into order.
